Dennis Alba’s Bio:  Dennis Alba was certified as a Diving Instructor in the 1970’s by San Diego State University (SDSU). He subsequently taught many diving students at SDSU, for the U.S. Navy, and for local dive shops including Ocean Enterprises and New England Divers. He has been a member of America’s Boating Club Oceanside (formerly San Luis Rey Power Squadron) since 2012 and has recently been certified as an instructor for the organization’s ABC Course.
